Tonight Dance Action Zone Leeds (DAZL) are featured on ITV main news ITN Evening News – They have been here in Leeds interviewing people and organisations looking-at what people are doing to combat the country growing problem with obesity. Recent stats and information has shown obesity related illnesses are one of the most serious problem the National Health Service is facing in the UK today. The estimations show by 2020 over 50% of the UKs population will be obese, tonight’s programme features DAZL and shows what we as a leading Dance and Health organisation are doing to tackle/ combat childhood obesity.Â
