A woman struggles; trying to be honest without telling the whole truth.
She is going round in circles, trying to figure it out, leave it behind, but old habits die hard.
Trace Elements fuses repetitious movement of the everyday with taut stylisation, creating a silent plea for the past not to be repeated.
This performance is a 30-minute section of Janine Fletcher‘s new work. Straight after the performance there will be a Q&A where you can find out more about Janine’s artistic process in creating this solo.
